Job Title: Captain and Senior Waiters (Male & Female)

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate, energetic, and experienced Captains and Senior Waiters/Waitresses to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidates should have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a guest-first attitude to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

For Captain:

Supervise and manage the service team during shifts.

Greet and seat guests, ensuring a high standard of service.

Train, guide, and motivate waitrstaff and junior team members.

Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow.

Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and properly set up.

Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Maintain inventory of service tools and supplies.

For Senior Waiters/Waitresses:

Welcome guests and present menus.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them in a timely manner.

Provide menu recommendations, including daily specials.

Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage.

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant and service stations.

Follow all safety and hygiene standards.

Support Captains and assist in training new waitrstaff.

Requirements:

Previous experience (2–4 years) in a similar role in a fine dining or high-end restaurant/hotel.

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Well-groomed, presentable, and professional appearance.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Fluent in [language requirements, e.g., English and local language].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹22,000.00 per month
