Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Strategy:Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Team Management:Lead and mentor HVAC technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective delegation, performance, and development.
  • Execution & Oversight:Manage all phases of project execution, including equipment selection, design review, installation, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to codes and standards.
  • Financial Management:Monitor and control project costs, manage subcontracts, and ensure timely invoicing and cash flow.
  • Quality & Safety:Conduct regular site inspections, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Client Relations:Maintain strong communication with clients, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction with project delivery.
  • Technical Expertise:Provide technical guidance and resolve issues related to HVAC systems, including reading and interpreting schematics and control circuits.
  • Risk Management:Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Documentation:Prepare and manage project documentation, including design reports, technical proposals, and project status updates.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is often required.
  • Experience:Several years of experience in HVAC design and project management within commercial or industrial settings.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and HVAC load calculation tools.
  • Project Management:Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to manage complex projects and diverse teams.
  • Certifications:Professional Engineering (PE) license or other relevant certifications can be a significant asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100, ₹150,000.00 per month
