Role Description

• Handling IT support queries (Email, WhatsApp, Ticketing Sheet)
• Laptop allocation/deallocation and data management for compliance
• Tally user creation and daily Tally backups
• Employee work folder synchronization on the cloud (drive)
• Antivirus, device monitoring, and password management
• Taqtics and BoldDesk account/backup data management

Qualifications

• Experience with Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Proficiency in Network Administration and IT Operations
• Solid understanding of Information Technology systems and infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Familiarity with security protocols and data protection measures is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
