Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Jewellery Sales Manager is based in Surat. The Jewellery Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategies to achieve sales targets, and lead the team to provide exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, training sales staff, and analyzing sales data to improve business results. The manager will play an essential role in representing the brand, showcasing the collection, and promoting the company's unique value propositions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in team management, leadership, and training
  • Knowledge of jewelry, market trends, and customer preferences
  • Organizational and time-management skills for handling sales operations and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using sales tools and software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is highly desirable
