  • Remind and negotiate with customers for payment of pending dues.
  • Record call details and update the CRM system with remarks and next follow-up date.
  • Coordinate with field collection executives for escalated or high-bucket cases.
  • Manage inbound calls and resolve payment-related or billing disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, company, and DRA guidelines during customer interactions.
  • DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification will be considered a strong advantage / added qualification.
