Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle
    inbound calls
    from customers, addressing queries, concerns, and providing information about our products/services.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and service level targets.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:
    Graduation (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in a customer service or relationship management role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in
    rotational shifts
    (2 days off in a week).
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.
