Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur for a BIM Technician. The BIM Technician will be responsible for developing and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM), creating detailed construction drawings, coordinating with the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and ensuring the integration of building services. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with structural engineering teams and ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working with BIM tools
• Understanding and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience in creating accurate Construction Drawings and integrating Building Services
• Knowledge of Structural Engineering principles and applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Degree or certification in a related field such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction is preferred
• Previous experience in the construction or building design industry is a plus
