About the Role

We're looking for an AI Video Editor - a hybrid creator who lives at the intersection of storytelling, editing, and machine intelligence.

If you get a rush from turning raw ideas into scroll-stopping visual stories - and you love exploring new tools like Runway, Pika, Descript, Sora, and the next-gen AI editing stack - this might be your calling.

At Wirality, you'll work across brand campaigns, internal IPs (like our shows and podcasts), and culture-first content for our clients - using AI not as a shortcut, but as a creative amplifier.

 

What You'll Do

  • Edit, enhance, and stylize videos for campaigns, reels, and branded content using AI-assisted tools.

  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to translate ideas into visually powerful narratives.

  • Use AI to automate repetitive tasks - shot selection, subtitling, transitions, versioning - and focus on what truly matters: story and impact.

  • Experiment with AI models to generate visuals, motion graphics, and visual effects.

  • Contribute to Wirality's own content universe - including podcasts, creator IPs, and branded shows.

  • Stay ahead of emerging AI editing technologies and champion adoption across the creative pod.

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and/or DaVinci Resolve.

  • Hands-on experience with AI editing platforms like Runway, Kling, Pika, Synthesia, Descript, OpusClip, or similar.

  • Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotion in visual storytelling.

  • Curiosity for tech + creativity; ability to push the limits of what's possible with AI.

  • Self-driven, fast, and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of sound design and visual aesthetics for digital platforms.

Reporting & Collaboration:

  • Reports to: Pod Leads (Sr. Manager - Creative)

  • Collaborates with: Creative, Production, and Strategy teams

  • Special Projects: Works with Production on select shoots and long-format IPs
