Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive (Polymers) located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include market research, preparing sales reports, meeting with clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Regular travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Knowledge of the polymer industry and market trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
