Role: L0 CMD – Event Monitoring
Log, dispatch & track cases with strict SLA adherence
Manage misrouted calls/cases & provide swift resolutions
Coordinate CE assist calls with L1/L2 support teams
Order parts when required under exception/custom processes
Handle escalations and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Event & escalation management for priority cases
Manage multiple entry channels: Voice, Email & E-Tickets
Support ESSN, IPG, PSG & MV product cases
