Nursing Trainee

The Staff Nurse Trainee will assist in delivering high-quality patient care under the supervision of senior nursing staff. This role provides hands-on training and exposure to clinical procedures, patient management, and healthcare protocols, preparing the trainee for a full-time nursing career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing direct patient care under the guidance of registered staff nurses.
- Support doctors and nurses during medical examinations and procedures.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, intake/output, and general condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in patient care areas.
- Learn and follow hospital protocols for infection control and patient safety.
- Assist in preparing patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, and treatments.
- Provide basic nursing care including feeding, bathing, and mobility support.
- Accurately document nursing activities and patient updates.
- Respond promptly to patient needs with empathy and professionalism.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops for skill development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (or equivalent) – completed or in progress.
- Valid nursing registration (preferred if applicable).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to clinical environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle stressful situations.
Work Environment:
- Hospital/clinical setting with rotational shifts.
- Direct interaction with patients, families, doctors, and healthcare staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
