Your Future Role:

Title: Field Service Engineer | Customer Services

Job Location- Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh IN SO MM

Mandatory Requirements:

We are looking Electrical/Electronics engineer with 5-8 years of experience in field service, maintenance, Customer service, or commissioning.
Knowledge of variable frequency Drives and PLC is Mandatory.
Knowledge of Siemens S7300/400 PLC's, SIBAS Controller, Sinamics S120 or G120 Drives, WinCC will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.   To provide breakdown service support to customers at a short notice against AMC contracts. Engineer will be stationed at site.

2.   Service engineer for the Service project and support customer for smooth operation of machines like mining excavators, electric dumb trucks, and draglines.

To drive service business portfolio (service contract, retrofits, spare parts, repairs) for mobile mining drives, motors & switchgears

      To monitor & take actions on open calls, escalated cases, machine up-time, etc. 

5.   Provide technical support for all periodic, routine, preventive, breakdown maintenance and shutdown jobs to be handled by you as part of your role.

6.   Suggest siemens solution to customer for system performance enhancement & looking for new service opportunity as part of your role.

7.   After service internal work to generate ticket for invoice creation.

Your Profile:

1.     Bachelor's degree in related fields: Electrical - Electronics

years' experience in field service, installation and commissioning, application & maintenance engineering is preferred.

3.     Have good knowledge of automation & drive products: PLCs Simatic S7 300/400, SIBAS Controllers, HMIs, Sinamics S120 or G120 drives, HV & LV Switchgears etc.

4.     Have knowledge of control systems, automation systems, SCADA systems.

Having experience and knowledge with Siemens' products & solutions is an advantage.
