Ability to build the Dashboards inside of Genesys for agents to see their performance.
In addition to agents, it would need to be built for supervisors/managers/directors as well.
Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud and AI capabilities.
Direct experience with Co-pilot and natural language processing (NLP) models.
Proficiency in Cloud APIs and web services to further integrate it with various business applications.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture and deployment of best practices within a Genesys environment, ensuring security and scalability.
Proven ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and post-launch support.
Experience with Genesys reporting and analytics to measure Co-pilot's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations (like HIPAA) and the ability to ensure the Genesys environment is secure and compliant.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve issues related to the Genesys platform, integrations, and overall infrastructure.
