We're hiring a Junior Technical Operations Engineer who can handle both laptop work and real-world execution. This role mixes basic coding, automation, file management, and Amazon backend work with on-ground tasks like printing, packaging, and coordination.

What you'll do:

  • Run day-to-day technical ops (image organisation, uploads, basic scripts, database dashboard tasks)
  • Support with printing, cutting, packaging, and stock preparation
  • Prepare Amazon listings, upload SKUs, help format A+ content
  • Maintain clean file structures, SOP checklists, and simple documentation
  • Troubleshoot small issues across the web app and print workflow
  • Coordinate with print shops, binders, technicians, delivery partners

You're a good fit if you:

  • Know basic Python or JavaScript
  • Enjoy solving small tech problems and also don't mind physical tasks
  • Are reliable, detail-oriented, and fast to learn
  • Can work independently with clear checklists
  • Bonus if you've used Git, automation tools, cloud storage, or dashboards
