A high-energy, result-driven Sales Rockstar who lives and breathes Gurugram real estate
If you have closed 50+ deals in Millennium City, know every tower on Golf Course Ext., Southern Peripheral Road, and Dwarka Expressway like the back of your hand, and can convince a customer to sign the agreement while having coffee – this is YOUR job
Job Role –
- Sell ready-to-move 3/4/5 BHK luxury apartments, independent villas, and high-street retail shops in Gurugram & Dwarka Expressway.
- Conduct site visits .
- Generate hot leads through channel partners, cold-calling, existing database, and walk-ins.
- Build and lead a team of 3–5 junior executives within 12 months (fast-track to Team Leader).
- Negotiate, finalize deals, and coordinate with legal & CRM teams till registry.
- Represent the company at launch events, property expos, and evening mall activations.
Must-Have Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience in Gurugram's real estate market (Golf Course Road, Golf Course Ext., SPR, New Gurgaon, Dwarka Expressway).
- Personally closed at least 25 ready-to-move residential deals OR 15 commercial shop deals.
- Existing network of channel partners (50+ active CPs who give you 5–10 leads monthly).
- Fluent in English + Hindi (Punjabi/Marwari is a bonus).
- Own bike/car + valid driving license.
- Smartphone with active WhatsApp Business (you live on broadcasts & groups).
- Age: 24–34 years.

Salary & Incentives (Best in Industry)
- Fixed: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on past closures)
- Top performers take home ₹1.5–3 Lac every month (many cross ₹5 Lac in launch months)
- Fast-track promotion to Sales Manager in 18–24 months (₹1 Lac+ fixed)
