Job Description:
As a growing company, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our success.
  • Create visually appealing graphic designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, print materials, website assets, and presentations.
  • Should have a strong understanding of colour palettes and elegant design asthetics as per global standards
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative ideas that align with marketing strategies and effectively communicate key messages.
  • Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually improve design skills and techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and initiatives.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow.
  • Additional Experience into Video will be preferred.
