- Requirement gathering and analysis from Market / Customer .
- Perform vehicle-level and sub-system-level calculations (torque, power, efficiency, thermal, etc.) for system sizing and optimization.
- Derive & Define system-level requirements specifications and architecture for the EV Power train ( Specific Drive Control)
- Design, develop, and optimize electrical and electronic systems for electric vehicles in collaboration with cross function team.
- Conduct system-level analysis and simulations to ensure performance, reliability, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automotive engineering principles into EV systems.
- Support the development and implementation of new features and improvements in EV systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and test plans.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in EV technology.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
- Master's degree (MTech) in a related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic systems in automotive applications.
- Experience with system-level design and analysis.
- Strong understanding of EV Powertrain components: Motor Controllers, Electric Motors (BLDC, PMSM), Gearboxes, and system-level energy flow.
- Proficiency in simulation and modelling tools (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink).
