Key Responsibilities :Store Operations

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
  • Sales and manage store of Luxury toys

Sales & Customer Service

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Train and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Organize in-store promotions, events, and product demos to boost sales.

Inventory Management

  • Manage inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the warehouse.
  • Ensure accurate product labeling and pricing.

Team Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and motivate the team for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
  • Manage billing, cash handling, and POS system accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in retail management (toy store experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of retail POS systems and inventory software.
  • Passion for toys, creativity, and working with families and children.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
