Manual Tester Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Execute basic test cases under supervision.
  • Report bugs clearly with screenshots and reproduction steps.
  • Learn and follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Perform regression testing on simple modules.
  • Assist QA team in documentation and test data preparation.
  • Participate in stand-ups and QA meetings to observe team processes.

Requirements:

  • Basic Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Knowledge of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
  • Test Case Creation and Execution
  • Defect Tracking and Reporting
  • Test Documentation and Reporting
  • Cross-Browser and Cross-Platform Testing
  • Basic Knowledge of Web Technologies
  • Familiarity with Testing Types
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with any bug tracking tool (e.g., Jira, Zoho ) is a plus.
  • Curious and detail-oriented attitude.
  • 0-1 year of Internship experience in Manual Testing
