Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of senior architects and draughtsman, assist in creating architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD & Sketchup
  • Capacity to fulfill deadlines and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for design drawings.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and project reports.
  • Do research on building codes, materials, and industry trends to improve the process of design and drafting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with good capability in oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills and the ability to utilize design software are mandatory.
  • Min 1 year experience

Job Type: Full-time
