GetGrowth Digital is a performance-focused Amazon Ads agency managing 7 - 8 figure brands across the US and Europe. Were known for nerd-level campaign execution, deep data work, and obsessing over results.

If numbers arent your thing, if Excel overwhelms you, or if you're just looking to "manage campaigns" at a surface level—this won't be the right fit.

We're looking for someone who looks at Amazon PPC data the way a chess grandmaster sees the board—ten moves ahead, patterns everywhere.

What You'll Do

  • Own & optimise Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple brands
  • Work on daily & weekly data routines to keep TACoS, ACOS, and CTR in check
  • Get hands-on with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) and SQL
  • Use Excel/Sheets like a weapon – formulas, filters, pivots, bulk uploads
  • Dive into search term reports, keyword data, and campaign structure
  • Spot what's not working—then test, tweak, and fix it
  • Report what matters to clients and internal teams

Who This Is For

This is for you if you:

  • Are a curious, technical, data-obsessed operator
  • Have experience in Amazon Ads or other paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
  • Have strong Excel/Sheets skills (Filters, Lookups, Pivots, Bulk Files)
  • Have a detective mindset—you love digging deep into numbers until patterns show up
  • Have a science/logic/math/engineering-style thinking pattern
  • Enjoy solo, focused work and quiet time with big data sets
  • Nerd out on ads, experiments, spreadsheets, and optimisations

Must-Haves (we will test these)

  • Prior experience in Amazon PPC or other paid digital platforms
  • Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Responsible work ethic (no follow-ups required, you give updates before we ask)
  • Reliable internet & laptop
  • Comfortable working solo in a remote setup

Bonus Points For

  • Interest in Maths, Physics, Economics or Statistics
  • Understanding of Amazon Ads bulk operations
  • Love for building systems, dashboards, processes that make your work faster
  • Past remote work experience
  • Strong sense of accountability and self-motivation

Salary: 3–5 LPA
