We aim to create compelling visual experiences that support our marketing efforts, communicate our message, and enhance brand awareness. We are seeking a skilled Graphics & Motion Graphics Designer to contribute to our content creation efforts and help us build a consistent and engaging visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, catalogs, flyers, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials
  • Create motion graphics, video snippets, animations, and other dynamic visual content that align with brand messaging
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into creative visuals
  • Maintain brand consistency while introducing innovative ideas to enhance design aesthetics
  • Edit and retouch images, manage layouts, and prepare files for print and digital distribution
  • Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and formats without compromising on quality
  • Assist in content planning and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback effectively

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Strong portfolio showcasing work across social media, print, and video formats
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual communication
  • Experience in creating templates, brand guidelines, and campaign assets
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and openness to constructive feedback
  • Awareness of current trends in digital marketing and design

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of 3D animation software
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and product launch campaigns
  • Experience designing motion graphics for advertisements or short-form content
