Position Overview

We seek a Nurse Trainer Overseas Recruitment with a strong clinical and academic background in nursing. The role involves developing, refining, and delivering high-quality training content designed to prepare nurses for international opportunities. The Trainer designs engaging learning materials, develops structured training modules, and conducts interactive sessions aligned with global recruitment standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates subject expertise, creativity in content design, and a strong commitment to enabling nurses to succeed in overseas placements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Masters Degree in Nursing (preferred).
  • Experience: 3-6 years of combined clinical and academic experience.
  • Prior experience in overseas recruitment training or working with international healthcare programs preferred.
  • Strong skills in content development, instructional design, and digital facilitation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in online learning platforms, LMS, and digital teaching tools.

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Training Delivery

  • Design, develop, and continuously update training content aligned with international recruitment needs.
  • Create impactful learning resources, including presentations, handouts, and short video modules.
  • Deliver engaging and effective live or virtual training sessions.
  • Assess candidates clinical knowledge, communication, and readiness for overseas roles.
  • Provide personalized academic support and feedback to enhance learner confidence and performance.
  • Ensure all training materials are current, standardized, and globally relevant.

Process & Quality Enhancement

  • Track attendance, participation, and candidate progress throughout the training program.
  • Maintain accurate training records and generate periodic progress reports.
  • Recommend and implement improvements in training content and delivery.
  • Support continuous curriculum development based on learner feedback and emerging international standards.

Work Environment & Schedule:

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to work remotely or onsite, based on training schedules and organizational needs.
  • Availability for evening or weekend sessions, if required by program timelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timeliness and quality of content development.
  • Candidate training satisfaction and engagement scores.
  • Percentage of candidates successfully cleared for overseas placement.
  • Accuracy and completeness of candidate training records.
  • Improvement in candidate performance over time.
