Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-centric Admission Counsellor to manage and drive the school's admissions process. The ideal candidate will be confident, approachable, and skilled at building strong relationships with parents and prospective students, while representing the school's ethos with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for admission inquiries—phone, email, walk-ins.
  • Conduct campus tours and provide detailed information about curriculum, school facilities, pedagogy, and activities.
  • Guide parents through the admission process, documentation, and timelines.
  • Maintain and update admission records, application status, and databases.
  • Coordinate entrance assessments, interviews, and communication with relevant departments.
  • Organize and support admission-related events (Orientation, Open House, School Fairs).
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Track enrollment numbers and support marketing initiatives for student recruitment.
  • Provide timely follow-up with parents to enhance conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preference for school admission counselling , Communication, or related fields).
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or customer-facing roles—preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Pleasant personality, patience, and a child-friendly approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
