Job Description:
  • Submission of Finance reports to management on monthly basis
  • Preparation of Management presentations
  • Finance report analysis and reporting variances
  • Reconciliation of variances and reports
  • Stock analysis of Primary and Secondary sales
  • Filing GST returns
  • Filing Income tax returns and all related forms
  • Filing TDS returns
  • Knowledge in handling Income tax assessments, proceedings and opinions
  • Knowledge in filing MSME returns
  • Knowledge in Secretarial documentation and filings
  • Complete documentation for registration of Companies, Firms and Proprietorships.
  • Complete knowledge in registration process of GST, SSI, Trade, and Labour Licence.
  • Liasoning and dealing with departments for scrutiny and notices issued.
  • Finalization of accounts.
  • Product Costing.(Both Formulation & API)
  • Submission of Monthly Stock Statement to Banks.
  • Inventory valuation and annual physical count.
  • Price variance and statements analysis
