Job Summary:

Lead and manage Safety Operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery of pharmacovigilance services. Drive operational excellence, staff development, and global consistency across safety processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee safety processing activities and ensure alignment with global standards
  • Manage team performance, utilization, and training plans
  • Support project delivery, budget management, and client interactions
  • Lead employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Represent Safety Operations in internal and external meetings, including bid defenses
  • Ensure effective communication between leadership and teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Life Sciences or related field
  • 12+ years in pharmacovigilance, with 4+ years managing large teams
  • Strong knowledge of safety service lines and global PV practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work across time zones and in a matrix environment
  • Financial acumen and strategic thinking
