Certified Screeners with CAT12 DGR certification

Positions Open at Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Goa, Cochin, Vizag, Varanasi, Lucknow, Guwahati, Agartala, Pune, Bhubaneswar SecurityScreener will be responsible for safe and secureflight operation. KeyRequirement for the Position /Primary Responsibility:Good Communication skills and fluent in English. Minimum 1+ years ofexperience as screener, should hold valid X -ray, Avsec certification & DGRCAT 12 certificate.Manage Safe & secure operation in accordance with securityprogram & applicable procedures of X -ray baggage /cargo screening andCatering screening activity.  He / She shall be responsible for screenerdeployment planning for X -Ray, SLPC & Aircraft Check Activity. Screenerplanning and staff deployment, Aircraft release and screener staff rotations Functional Responsibility1. Prepares duty roster and assign resources accordingly.2. Briefsand de -briefs staff before and after the flights and report the details toSecurity Manager on a regular basis.3. HandlesIFSO, special customer, as and when deployed, and ramp to ramp transferpersonally.4.Supervises and ensure B. A Test.  Ensure conduct anti -sabotage checks,dummy checks and initiate actions. Also, conducts pre and post boarding checksincluding secondary checks and report.5. Visits cargowarehouse regularly to ensure that all security policies are followed. Also,ensures that cargo is escorted from the CWH to the airport and that there is nounlawful interference with cargo.6. Visitscatering establishments regularly and follows set procedures for handlingcatering and ensures escort high lifts to the aircraft and report anydeviation.7. Checksbooked cargo, courier, mail and bonded cargo as per set procedures and documentthe same. Reports deviations / unlawful interference.8. Supervisesguarding idle aircraft and reports deviations.9.Interacts with passengers and handles security related issues as and whenrequired.10.Receives inputs on serviceability equipment, initiates action and follow up.11.Interacts with external agencies like Police, BCAS, BDDS and initiates actionsas and when advised. Attends BTAC/APSC meeting as and when required.12.Maintains and monitors attendance and leave records of security staff13.Monitors Staff Turnout (Uniform and Grooming) and supervises their work. 14.
