Receptionist/Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with office staff for general administrative needs.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR or management with travel bookings, meeting arrangements, or company events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree/DIPLOMA/GRADUATE preferred.
- Experience: Fresher & 1–3 years in a similar front-office or customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Polite, professional, and presentable demeanor.
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks.
