Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Personal car driver. In this role, you will be responsible for providing transportation services and administrative support to the company and its Owner.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive company executives and other personnel to various locations as needed
  • Must be experienced with high end branded cars
  • Assist with running errands, such as picking up or dropping off packages or documents
  • Should know basic computer operations to work on in downtime.
  • Assist with basic administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and managing documents
  • Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises
  • Run errands such as handling couriers, collecting or dropping off documents
  • Provide general support to the team, including setting up workstations, managing refreshments, etc.
  • Assist with basic computer operations such as sending emails, managing data entries, printing documents, etc.
  • Support any other office-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a driver for the past 5-10 years.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Experience with Automatic branded cars
  • Familiarity with local roads and traffic laws
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer operational knowledge preferred
