About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage store operations in our garment manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in inventory management and store operations within the garments/textile industry. You will ensure accurate stock management, timely material issuance, and smooth coordination with the merchandising and production teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, accessories, and trims.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising department and purchase accessories & trims at the right time with the right quality.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain store procedures and safety standards.
  • Minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, and losses.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Store Incharge or similar role in garments/textile industry.
  • Knowledge of garments materials, fabrics, accessories, and trims.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate with store staff effectively.
  • Proficiency in stock management systems and MS Excel is a plus.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
