Job Description:
Network Infrastructure

  • Reviewing the infrastructure & network and data architecture Ensure network security and connectivity Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords in network devices 
  • Define network policies and procedures Conducting proactive research to analyse security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies Configure, implement, and troubleshoot routers and switches with various account settings, permissions, and parameters including security firewalls. 
  • Resolve routing and NAT issues Next Gen Firewall MAnagement VLAN and ACL configuration in Cisco SWitches Wifi troubleshooting,Monitoring,Guestpass creation,DPSK connection providing Maintain the Avaya IP office management tool Ensure all the devices logs will be collected in Manage engine Event Log analyser.
  • Network devices Inventory management Warranty and Service contract maintenance for network devices The Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly log maintenance reports for KPIs and internal/external audits.
