Role Summary:

We are seeking creative and energetic Social Media Interns to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you'll support social media strategies and content creation for the "Influence India 2025" campaign and India-wide initiatives, working closely with our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build your skills in the global hair extension and grooming industry's digital space.Key Responsibilities:Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms like X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others to promote the "Influence India 2025" campaign.

Monitor audience engagement, respond to interactions, and build community around our ethical and sustainable brand.

Conduct research on social media trends and competitor activities to optimize content strategies.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align social media efforts with Emilio Beaufort's global B2B vision.

Analyze performance metrics to provide insights and improve engagement.

Contribute innovative ideas to enhance digital storytelling and B2B brand presence.

What We're Looking For:

Candidates currently in their final year of college or graduated within the past few months (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields).

Passion for beauty, digital content, and initiatives like campaigns and workshops, with an interest in global and India-wide trends.

Strong writing, creative, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory: Must have your own computer or laptop for work purposes.

No prior professional experience required—just a proactive mindset and a drive to make an impact

Program Structure & Benefits:

Duration: 3-month internship, including a structured training period to build social media and content skills.

Stipend: Internship stipend is a matter of performance and will be determined based on evaluation during the program.
