We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Auditor (under US Customer Support non voice process) to support our sales team by managing CRM data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth data flow across sales operations. This role is critical to driving sales efficiency and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases with accuracy.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data across platforms.
  • Assist sales managers with data-driven insights and forecasts.
  • Resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support process improvements in sales reporting and data management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales operations, CRM management, or data coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Previous experience in US-shift or international sales support.
