- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Participating in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Assisting in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Providing guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Employee Relations:
- Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Assisting in payroll processing, including verifying timesheets, calculating overtime, and ensuring accuracy of payments.
- Administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinating training programs and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Tracking employee training records and ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Administrative Support:
- Providing general administrative support to the office, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and processing expense reports for employees.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements:
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintaining employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.
- HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Assisting in various HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management systems, employee engagement programs, and diversity initiatives.
- Analyzing HR data and preparing reports for management as needed.
- Health and Safety:
- Assisting in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinating workplace inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
