Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data from multiple departments.
  • Maintain employee, attendance, and project-related databases.
  • Generate dashboards and performance trackers in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Accounts teams for data updates.
  • Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy in reports.
  • Support management in decision-making through data insights.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Formulas).
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools (preferred).
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and coordination ability.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer, or related field.
