Job Title: Accounting Executive

Location: Goa, Kadamba Plateau, Panelim Village, India

Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days working.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Executive to manage Hotel project-related finances. This role involves end-to-end accounting, vendor payment management, budget monitoring, and ensuring financial compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, knowledge of construction/project accounting, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts for the hotel project, including bookkeeping, vouchers, and ledgers.
  • Handle vendor invoices, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparing project budgets, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.
  • Monitor project costs, track expenses against budgets, and highlight variances.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, banks, auditors, and consultants for smooth financial operations.
  • Support management with financial analysis and reporting for project decision-making.
  • Maintain proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and financial transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
  • 25 years of accounting experience, ideally in construction, real estate, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian tax regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally/ERP/Excel).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
  • Based in Goa or willing to relocate.
