Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a contract or consulting capacity. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, BPMN 2.0). Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Rally). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
