About the Role:

Are you a passionate tech expert with experience in AI-DevOps, Database Administration, or Data Quality & Governance? Join us as a Training of Trainers (ToT) Specialist, where you will empower future vocational trainers with hands-on, industry-aligned skills in high-demand AI-integrated roles.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with both industry expertise and training capability, looking to make a large-scale impact through structured ToT programs under NASSCOM and NSQF frameworks.

Open Specializations (Choose based on your background):

1. AI-DevOps Trainer

Train on AI-infused DevOps practices including:

  • Machine Learning pipelines and model deployment
  • CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (automation, monitoring, scaling)

2. AI-Database Administrator Trainer

Prepare trainers in:

  • Relational and NoSQL database architecture
  • SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, query optimization, indexing
  • AI-driven performance tuning, automation, and cloud DB operations

3. AI-Data Quality Analyst Trainer

Build trainer skills in:

  • Data profiling, validation, and cleansing
  • ETL processes and data governance (DAMA, CDMP standards)
  • AI/ML for data anomaly detection and predictive quality management

Top 3 Requirements (No Overlap):

  1. Educational Background:

    Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.

  2. Certifications (Preferred):

  3. NASSCOM ToT Certified (Level 1 or 2)

  4. Any of: Oracle DBA, AWS DevOps Engineer, Microsoft AI Engineer, DAMA/CDMP, etc.

  5. Recognized AI/ML certifications (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Coursera)

  6. Professional Experience:

    Minimum 3 years of domain experience in:

  7. AI-DevOps or Cloud Automation

  8. Database Administration (SQL/NoSQL/Cloud)
  9. Data Quality Management & AI-based data analysis

    Prior training, mentoring, or instructional experience is a major advantage.
