We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer to design, draft, and review electrical systems for industrial and commercial projects. The role includes creating schematics, single-line diagrams, BOQs, and layouts while ensuring compliance with IEC/IS standards and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review electrical designs, schematics, and GA drawings.

  • Perform load calculations, cable sizing, protection coordination, and prepare BOQs.

  • Select electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, MCCs, and panels.

  • Support PLC panel design, automation integration, and wiring interfaces.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for technical clarifications.

  • Use AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar tools for wiring and layout drawings.

  • Support testing, commissioning, and field issue resolution.



Requirements

  • B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

  • 3–4 years of experience in electrical design for industrial or commercial projects.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar design tools.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety standards (IEC/IS).

  • Experience in load calculations, cable sizing, BOQs, and protection coordination.

  • Familiarity with PLC panels, automation systems, HT/LT systems, VFDs, and SCADA interfaces is a plus.

  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
