Industry: Pre-Engineered Building (PEB)
Location: Zaheerabad, Telangana
Experience: 6–8 years
Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Engineer to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations at our PEB factory in Zaheerabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, process optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality PEB components as per project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Supervise fabrication, welding, cutting, and painting operations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality departments to ensure material and process readiness.
- Monitor daily production output and ensure adherence to production targets.
- Implement cost-effective manufacturing methods and minimize material wastage.
- Maintain production reports, manpower utilization, and equipment maintenance records.
- Coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning and delivery timelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- 6–8 years of experience in PEB manufacturing or steel fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, and assembly processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and production planning software/ERP systems.
