Job Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: Lucknow Job Type: Full Time

Experience – 6+ Years (minimum 4 years in Team Lead).

Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring product requirements are translated into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business goals.

 Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market analysis.

 Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality products.

 Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable user stories.

 Monitor product performance and user feedback, driving continuous improvement.

 Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch support.

 Serve as the primary point of contact for technical questions related to the product.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technical environment.

 Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

 Ability to balance technical and business requirements effectively. Preferred Skills:

 Good Experience in Python & QA

 Experience with APIs, integrations, and data analytics.

 Knowledge of UX/UI principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹1,000,000.00 per year
