Main Job Purpose
The main purpose of the job is to manage the service & innovations for the Skin Cleansing India business, which is clocking over 1040 ME turnover.

The role would be pivotal in driving & delivering the business agenda from procurement side and would partner with the Supply Chain Planners, R&D, Factories and Finance Managers to ensure best in class cost & service.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage Procurement deliverables for existing & new brands by:

• Ensuring timely availability and contract closure for all raw materials. Close working with UOI to ensure material availability.

• Meeting the supply compliance target of the business by engaging closely with Supply Planners, SUIT, Converters, R&D & internal stakeholders
• Executing procurement-related actions for innovations.
• Lead the Noodles and Lauric material monthly Planning for Skin Cleansing Business.
• Proactively engage with suppliers and communicate any foreseeable changes/risk in material availability and cost.
• Create & coordinate on resilience risk assessment and mitigation plan.
• Manage the procurement deliverables for complexity reduction programmes.
• Secure supplier capacity and capability for strategic growth.
• Lead/support Sustainability projects (ex, VCI, NDPE Agenda)

Essential

• Minimum 3 years' experience in procurement preferably in FMCG
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in dealing across cultures and time zones.
