Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in ducting, HVAC, and related products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in ducting or HVAC sales.
  • Strong knowledge of ducting systems, ventilation products, and HVAC applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel as per business requirements.
