HR & Administration:
- Manage recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave registers.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents such as appointment and confirmation letters.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Supervise office maintenance, housekeeping, and general facilities.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain office discipline and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support management in policy execution and administrative planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Good knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and MS Office.
- Having knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of digital marketing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8, ₹22,652.51 per month
