Job Description

A Clinical Research Coordinator is a key member of clinical research teams, responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of clinical trials to ensure they run smoothly, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Recruiting, screening, and enrolling eligible study participants.Coordinating informed consent processes and ensuring patient understanding and voluntary participation.Managing trial protocols, scheduling participant visits, and monitoring adherence.Collecting, recording, and maintaining accuracy of clinical trial data in case report forms or electronic systems Handling regulatory documents and ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and ethical standards Monitoring participant safety, reporting adverse events, and managing investigational products Collaborating with principal investigators, sponsors, labs, and regulatory bodies.
Assisting with audits, inspections, and final study reports. Training and supervising clinical trial staff.

A Senior Biologist leads and conducts advanced biological research projects, providing scientific expertise, managing research teams, and contributing to the development of new knowledge in biology.

Key Responsibilities:Designing and executing complex biological experiments and studies.Analyzing data and interpreting research findings to drive scientific conclusions, Managing laboratory operations and supervising junior researchers and technical staff, Writing research reports, scientific papers, and grant proposals,Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams and external partners,Ensuring compliance with safety standards and ethical guidelines in research
