Role & Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Preparation of documents such as QAP, MPS, Steel Specification, Raw Material Technical Specification (for coating), Bend data Sheet, Enquiry Check List, Distributions Lists etc. and get them approved from Customers/Inspection Agencies through Marketing / Purchase RM departments
  • Proper document storage/uploading/distribution in offices/plants.
  • Preparation of Product Plan & Quality Control Process Sheet.
  • Preparation of WIs & other system documents for the QA department
  • Calibration of equipment / instruments used for testing / measurements in various departments
  • Maintaining the calibration records of various instruments/ equipment calibrated in-house and outside.
  • Doing surveillance in the plants for ensuring compliance to laid down procedures and WIs
  • Process Control by raising product and process NCRs and ensuring proper closure of the same
  • Timely & effective technical replies to all enquiries and tenders
  • Reply to questionnaires / formats from Customers / registration bodies /inspection agencies received from different departments
  • Preparation of plant visits by customers / inspection agencies etc.
  • Timely readiness along with all relevant documents for technical kick-off meetings of projects/order
