Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer – Infrastructure & Security to support the scaling of hybrid infrastructure across Microsoft ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure, M365, networking, and security while driving automation, monitoring, and optimization of deployments. This is a senior-level role requiring strong technical capabilities, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure and optimize enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for infrastructure and applications.
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM, and Bicep for Azure and on-prem systems.
  • Collaborate with the Security team on Zero Trust enforcement, endpoint hardening, and patching automation.
  • Configure and monitor environments using tools such as Cortex, ManageEngine, and Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Support deployment and automation of PLM, ERP, and data platforms with agile and reproducible tooling.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, security, and automation issues ensuring system reliability and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure automation roles.

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong background in Azure IaaS, Active Directory, Intune, and hybrid networking.
  • Hands-on with Fortigate, Palo Alto, LAPS, and ManageEngine stacks.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, YAML, or Python.
  • Experience in monitoring, alerting, and remediation with enterprise tools.
  • Prior exposure to apparel or manufacturing systems is a strong plus.
