CTC: ₹7–9 LPA

Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc (Candidate who have scored more than 70% Above in academics will be preferred.)

Work Mode: Onsite- 5 days working

Age Criteria: Must not be over 30 years old

Mandatory Criteria – Must Have:

  • Need 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance & Software Testing
  • Must have Strong expertise in JIRA (bug tracking and test management years)
  • Must have Hands-on experience in Manual testing: UI, functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Must have experience of API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
  • Must have experience with SQL queries for database validation
  • Must have experience in automation testing using Selenium, JMeter, or similar tools
  • Must have strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Must have Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills
  • Must have good communication skills.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications, identifying defects, and working closely with the development and product teams to enhance software performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Use JIRA for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues.
  • Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Conduct API testing, UI testing, and database validation to ensure data integrity and system stability.
  • Maintain and update the test suite in alignment with project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards across the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and provide insights into potential risks and issues.
  • Prepare QA reports, dashboards, and defect trend analysis to improve overall software quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700, ₹900,000.00 per year
