We are Looking For Data Operations & Data Management Expert

Proven experience in data operations and data management for US residential loan data. Strong expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline management with hands-on experience in SQL, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end data operations for US residential mortgage data.

Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Lead and mentor a high-performing data team.

Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

Monitor and optimize data managemen processes and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with US residential mortgage data management.

Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL processes, and pipeline management.

Expertise in SQL, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data, or related field (Masters preferred).

Good to Have

Familiarity with advanced data management tools and technologies.

Experience in large-scale data migration and transformation projects.

Understanding of data governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
