About the role

Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.

We're looking for a Risk Manager Intern to play an active role in model validation, data integrity checks, and risk assessment processes. You'll engage directly with innovative AI and machine learning models, helping to identify and mitigate potential risks that impact our financial and operational stability.

What youll be doing

• Playing an active role in model validation and data integrity checks on innovative AI and machine learning models
• Assisting in critical data analysis and risk assessment tasks to strengthen the accuracy of Revoluts models
• Working closely with experienced risk managers and data scientists, contributing to meaningful projects that enhance Revoluts risk frameworks
• Developing a foundation in quantitative risk management tools and methodologies
• Contributing to robust risk controls that safeguard Revoluts financial health

What you'll need

• To be in your penultimate year of a bachelors or masters degree in computer science, economics, finance, maths, physics, or a similar field (graduating in 2027)
• Basic data-handling and analytical skills (Excel or similar)
• A willingness to learn programming fundamentals in Python
• Impeccable attention to detail and an eagerness to learn new skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Full-time availability for Summer 2026 and the ability to travel to a Revolut office in your country of employment (this is a hybrid role)

Nice to have

• Introductory knowledge of statistics or machine learning concepts (from coursework or projects)
• Exposure to programming or data visualization (e.g., Python, Tableau)
• Prior projects or coursework related to financial services or risk
